SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees include handling, packaging and delivery to the address provided at checkout.
For US orders, shipping fees do not include customs duties or import fees. These fees will be paid upon delivery and are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on a number of factors including, but not limited to: shipping destination, order weight, and box size.
Shipping fees vary based on the shipping service selected at the time of checkout.
Shipping fees do not include customs duties or import fees on US orders.

Large orders over $175 may be subject to additional shipping fees.

Kerr's reserves the right to include additional shipping fees for large orders or packages returned due to incomplete or inaccurate delivery addresses.

FREE SHIPPING:

Canadian Orders between $65 and $175 (after discount, and before tax) are eligible to receive free shipping. 

SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders will be shipped from our fulfilment centre located in Toronto. Shipping times vary based on region. For more information on Canada Post shipping times and services please view Canada Post’s website: www.canadapost.ca/deliverystandards or alternate carrier website.
Please be advised, Kerr’s cannot guarantee the exact time an order will be delivered.

Delivery times do not include order processing time. Orders generally take 3 to 4 business days to be processed. Kerr’s does not process orders on weekends or holidays.

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipment timing may vary week-to-week due to higher or lower than average volume of orders, long weekends, and holidays.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once we ship your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation email that will contain a link to track your shipment online at canadapost.ca/track or alternate carrier website. Please note, that it can take some time before your tracking information will be available on the Canada Post website. 
For US orders, once your package leaves Canadian customs, your package will be transferred from Canada Post a delivered by the local postal service.
